In a world full of its own mix of challenges and surprises, there’s Stuart, though he prefers Stu.
What started with crayons has grown into a lifelong creative practice, evolving through 80s-style illustrations, whimsical animations, and a career in graphic design. Over the past two decades, Stu has developed a body of work recognized for its color, character, and subtle humor, with a focus on expressive, playful precision.
Today, that work continues through his design practice and through Cerulean Rooster, where his original artwork is available as a range of thoughtfully produced goods. The platform serves as a direct extension of his creative output, offering a place to explore and collect his work across different formats. His artwork is also featured in select collaborations, including with Lovecore Apparel, whose projects support organizations such as Deaf West Theatre.
When he’s not working in graphic design or illustration, he is an avid craft beer connoisseur and enjoys TV across a range of genres.
